Jewelry: Violet River Two-Layer Necklace

This is potentially my most epic necklace to date! It’s an extra-long piece with two layers: the top layer, which falls below the collarbone, is teal with freshwater pearls, and the bottom layer, which falls mid-chest, is comprised of purple shells. The glass pearl beads around them are a mixture of violet and blues, interweaving the two themes. This necklace was a commission from my boss for his wife for Valentine’s Day. :)

Jewelry: Coral Earrings

Another commission from a lovely coworker, these earrings were made to match a bronze, black, and white dichroic glass pendant she’d purchased from my stock. The round beads are coral, the cylindrical ones wood, and the small faceted ones glass. She loved them!
Jewelry: Faery Bracelet

One of my lovely coworkers commissioned me for a bracelet in blues and purples! This was a joy to make, and she absolutely adored it! (Picture shown without the silver magnetic clasps that were later added.)
Jewelry: Shining World Earrings

The lovely lady who won the Shining World necklace in my company craft show (all proceeds went to charity!) commissioned me separately for a matching pair of earrings. She requested the danglies be short and on sterling silver hooks, which I have happily accommodated.

Jewelry: Angel Bracelet

A gift for J’s mom, who is very fond of purple and angels.
Jewelry: Twilight Ocean Necklace

This necklace evokes the shadowy, liminal moments between sunset and true dark. The subtle, intricate patterns on the center bead remind one of our beautiful planet; the depth of color harkens back to shade and dusk; and the color palette overall, such rich and glimmering blues and teals, cannot help but reflect the ocean’s tidal mysteries.
Jewelry: Redline Marble Necklace

This necklace combines a lovely pattern of delicate pinkish marbling with all the solidity and polish of smooth, cool stone. Terrific as accompaniment to formal wear or a more casual jeans-and-t-shirt situation, this necklace is both lovely and durable!
Jewelry: Ancestor Beads

No bead alike, the silver and gold alternating from jump ring to magnetic clasp and back again; some beads the color of laughter, as requested. Glass, metal, stone, cloisonne, painted wood, tiger’s eye, amethyst… and a few from my personal treasure: lapis lazuli and turquoise.
This is the first bracelet I (Ty) have made, and I am a little bit in love with it.
Personal Jewelry: Scorpion + Sphinx Necklace
Jewelry: Odinwolf Necklace

A necklace for victory – a necklace for wisdom, strategy, fearlessness, and strength, but most of all, for victory against enemy and obstacle alike. Drawing upon Norse aesthetics, this necklace features the green-blue-grey center bead as an Odinstone and two sharp, glistening “fangs” dangling on either side of this talisman of wisdom. Surrounding beads space the two at a safe distance and bolster them with burnished metal and heartwood, carved bone and slices of horn giving structure to fierce strength and ageless insight.
